Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.
3. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the service provider will reschedule at the earliest convenience. We do not accept client cancellation due to bad weather. If weather does not permit safe cleaning we will reschedule.
